Complicaciones y tratamientos aplicados en pacientes por infección de covid-19 con accidente cerebro vascular: una revisión sistemática

Resumen


El accidente cerebro vascular (ACV) relacionado con infección viral que provoca la enfermedad COVID-19 es una complicación vascular que se suscita paralelamente por fisiopatología de neuro inflamación y estado protrombótico, en donde el tipo isquémico es el más común causado por trombosis vasculares. Las manifestaciones clínicas dependen del cuadro de instauración y localización de lesiones arteriales y venosas en el cerebro y su tratamiento será eficaz de acuerdo a su precoz instauración evitando así complicaciones y secuelas.
