Psicoanálisis y estructura del síntoma: perspectivas actuales y revisión crítica de la literatura

Resumen


El estudio analiza las perspectivas contemporáneas del psicoanálisis en torno a la estructura del síntoma, entendida como un entramado simbólico que articula el deseo, el goce y la subjetividad. A través de una revisión crítica de la literatura científica publicada entre 2020 y 2025, se examinan los principales aportes teóricos y empíricos que evidencian la vigencia del paradigma psicoanalítico y su capacidad de producir cambios estructurales más allá de la reducción sintomática. La metodología se sustentó en un enfoque cualitativo de tipo documental, con selección sistemática de artículos indexados en bases académicas internacionales. Los resultados muestran una tendencia hacia la integración entre la clínica psicoanalítica, la investigación empírica y las neurociencias, preservando la especificidad del sujeto como eje interpretativo. Se concluye que el psicoanálisis mantiene un valor singular en la comprensión del sufrimiento humano, y que la estructura del síntoma continúa siendo un concepto central para articular teoría, práctica y transformación subjetiva en la salud mental contemporánea.
