Análisis de la ética y la bioseguridad presentes en las técnicas de laboratorio e investigaciones actuales biotecnológicas durante la pandemia Covid-19

Resumen


No podemos negar que nuestra vida se ha visto modificada por los grandes avances tecnológicos acontecidos en las ´ultimas décadas. Este crecimiento tecnológico ha abierto un amplio abanico de aplicaciones que han permitido la mejora de nuestra calidad de vida. En concreto, la biotecnología ha crecido de manera exponencial, considerándose la tecnología clave de nuestro siglo. Sin embargo, estas áreas biotecnológicas se han visto siempre menos apoyadas por parte de la población ya que, al ser desconocidas por gran parte de ´esta, generan un importante número de dudas e inseguridades. La “bioética”ha nacido como una disciplina necesaria, destinada a resolver aquellos conflictos ´éticos que nacen a raíz de los avances científicos y tecnológicos. Mediante el desarrollo del presente proyecto, se ha llevado a cabo una búsqueda extensa de información sobre los distintos campos biotecnológicos que generan dudas en la población, incluyendo en dicha búsqueda la recopilación de la normativa relacionada con dichos campos, que se ha considerado digna de mención, e información general sobre los comités de bioética. Además, hacen notar una clara desinformación sobre biotecnología y bioética por parte, tanto de las propias disciplinas científicas como en el resto de grados o planes de estudio.
