Impacto del consumo de alcohol en adolescentes factores de riesgo y estrategias de prevención
Resumen
La investigación, basada en una revisión bibliográfica sistemática de carácter descriptivo, analizó la prevalencia del consumo de alcohol en adolescentes, sus factores de riesgo y las estrategias de prevención implementadas; los resultados muestran variabilidad en la prevalencia según algunos países, siendo más baja en Marruecos (3-5 %) y más alta en España (hasta 59.3 %), reflejando diferencias culturales y sociales en el acceso y aceptación del alcohol, los principales factores de riesgo incluyen trastornos emocionales, abuso de múltiples sustancias, estrés, trauma, maltrato infantil; además de la influencia social y la residencia en zonas rurales, las estrategias de prevención más efectivas han sido las que involucran a la familia, la comunidad y la educación escolar, como el modelo islandés y programas de habilidades de vida, en conclusión, el consumo de alcohol en adolescentes requiere un enfoque integral considerando no solo la educación sobre riesgos, sino también la salud emocional, el entorno social, la combinación de estrategias universales y selectivas, junto con políticas públicas adaptadas a las necesidades locales, es fundamental para reducir el impacto del consumo de alcohol en esta población.
